Ingredients

  • 300 gm Glass Noodles
  • 2 Chicken Thigh
  • 7-8 Bok choy
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Sliced Onion
  • 2-3 Pods Chopped Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil for Cooking

Sauce Mix

  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tspn Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tspn Sugar
  • 1/8 tspn White Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the chicken thigh into thin slices. Marinate with soy sauce, salt and pepper then set aside.
  • In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  • In a bowl add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, oil, sugar and white pepper, Mix well to prepare the sauce and set aside.
  • In the same wok add oil along with onion and marinated chicken, let it cook for 2-3 or until chicken become soft.
  • Now add chopped garlic and bokchoy, on one side add little oil and pour the beaten eggs.
  • Let the egg cook and scramble then add the noodles along with the prepared sauce.
  • Gently mix everything, adjust the seasoning as needed and yes its ready.

  • If you like you can use other vegetables such as carrot, leafy Asian greens or cabbage.
    If you like you can add Maggi seasoning or chicken cube for additional flavour.
