Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Overrnight Soaked Green Lentil
  • 3 Smoked Chicken Strips
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Pod Garlic
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1 Green Onion
  • Chopped Coriander Lreaves
  • Salt & Paper

Instructions
 

  • Take Overnight Soaked lentils in a blender add ginger and green chili also then blend it to paste.
  • Pour your pre-blended, creamy green lentil mixture into a bowl so it sits ready for cooking.
  • Boil fresh tomatoes in water for two minutes to soften them for your dip.
  • Blend those boiled tomatoes with garlic, green chili, coriander, salt and pepper to create a spicy sauce.
  • Cook your diced smoked chicken strips in a pan over medium heat then safely set them aside.
  • Pour the creamy lentil batter into the exact same heated pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Let the batter cook undisturbed on medium heat until it forms a solid, flourless crust.
  • Crack a fresh egg directly on top with smoked chicken and cover to cook.
  • Once the bottom is set flip to cook the other side, add mozzarella on top along with chopped chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Cover the pan securely with a lid and cook until the cheese melts beautifully.
  • Slice your healthy masterpiece right away and serve it warm with your homemade spicy tomato dip.
