Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • 3 Chicken Strips
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Pepper(Red,Yellow& Green)
  • Hot Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Handful of Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper until smooth.
  • In a pan heat little oil and roast 2 chicken strips from both the sides.
  • In the same pan add butter along with the 1 chopped chicken strip and chopped pepper.
  • Roast them for a minute then add salt, pepper, hot sauce and coriander leaves.
  • Now add egg mixture into the pan, mix everything together and spread it evenly.
  • Once the bottom is set, flip and cook it on the other side as well.
  • Once both sides are cooked well, add cheese one side of the egg and place the crispy strips on top.
  • Fold the egg and yes !! it’s ready to eat, Serve hot.
