Jalebi flavored crepe is a fusion recipe of the classic French crepe with the rich, sweet Indian Jalebi. It look and feel like a crepe and taste like Jalebi.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour

  • 4 Tablespoon Corn flour

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

  • 4 Tablespoon Yoghurt

  • 4 Tablespoon Water

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • Pinch Orange Food Colour

  • Oil

Directions

  • First in a large bowl add the dry ingredients all-purpose flour, corn flour, sugar, cardamom powder and baking soda, Mix well.
  • Now add yogurt, water, food colour and milk to make a crepe-like consistency, Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • In a pan over medium heat brush a little oil, Pour 1 spoon of batter spread it like a crepe and cook from both side.
  • For serving add your favorite toppings. I served mine with my all-time favorites: rabdi , pistachios, and dried rose petals.
