Lentil Tutti Frutti Bread is the unexpected hero your breakfast table desperately needs. I know what you are thinking right now. We all crave something sweet with our morning coffee, but the usual pastries leave us hungry an hour later. This recipe solves that exact problem without any fuss. It gives you the comforting texture of a baked good with a serious protein boost. You get to enjoy a slice of nostalgia with those colorful candied fruits, and your body gets the fuel it needs. Trust me, your kids will not even realize they are eating legumes. You definitely do not want FOMO on this wonderful bake.

Why You Will Love Lentil Tutti Frutti Bread Recipe

You get the best of both worlds with this bake. It remains incredibly soft, and you can prepare it easily even on your busiest days. I love how the vibrant pops of sweet fruit bring back fond childhood memories. You can serve this versatile dish as a breakfast, a quick snack, or even a healthy dessert. Plus, you only need about 45 minutes of total time to get it fully baked and on the table.

What Makes This Bread Different?

The Protein Punch

Most sweet breads rely heavily on refined flour and tons of sugar. We skip the empty carbs here and use overnight soaked lentils as our base. This creates a truly protein packed dessert that keeps you full and satisfied for hours. Who knew simple legumes could taste this good in a sweet treat?

Healthy Binding Agents

Instead of standard eggs or heavy gluten, I use phylium husk to hold everything together. It adds great dietary fiber and gives the bread that perfect crumb structure. You also get a nice touch of moisture from a simple addition of yoghurt and olive oil. It honestly feels like magic when you see the batter come together.

Lets make it..
