Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Boiled Chickpea
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tspn Roasted Cumin Powder
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Little water for Grinding

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender along with a little water then blend until you get a smooth paste.
  • Make sure the mixture is neither too wet nor too dry If needed add little more water or some extra almond flour to adjust the consistency.
  • Once the paste is ready, shape it into fries directely on baking tray lined with parchment paper, the shape of the fries is up to you.
  • Bake in a preheated air fryer at 356°F for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  • Let the fries cool down completely then store them in a dry, airtight container.
