Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper until slightly frothy.
  • In a pan, add oil, chopped onion, green chili, and chopped tomato. Cook until softened, then add salt and red chili powder. Cook for another minute and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add a little more oil. Pour in the egg mixture, and once the bottom is set, flip it and let the other side cook.
  • Place the onion-tomato mixture on one side of the omelette and fold it over.
  • Serve Hot and Enjoy😋
