Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Green Chili Chopped
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat 3 eggs with salt and pepper until slightly frothy.
- In a pan, add oil, chopped onion, green chili, and chopped tomato. Cook until softened, then add salt and red chili powder. Cook for another minute and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil. Pour in the egg mixture, and once the bottom is set, flip it and let the other side cook.
- Place the onion-tomato mixture on one side of the omelette and fold it over.
- Serve Hot and Enjoy😋
