Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Pitted Cherries
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • Butter to grease the pan

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix eggs and sugar together, beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  • Add the milk and vanilla to the egg mixture and gently stir. Slowly add the flour and mix well until the batter is smooth and slightly runny.
  • Grease the pan with butter, spread the pitted cherries evenly in the pan then pour the batter over the cherries.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Once it cools down, dust powdered sugar on top (or skip this step if you prefer).
