Cherry Flan recipe
This is a simple and delicious custard dessert. Juicy cherries are baked in a creamy mixture, with no crust or pastry—just the custard holding the cherries. It’s light, subtly sweet, and easy to make with basic ingredients like eggs, sugar, milk, and fresh cherries. Despite its elegant look, it’s quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

This dessert mixes the creamy texture of a French flan with the fluffy rise of a Dutch baby. It has a soft center and crispy edges, making it both rich and light. It’s easy to make and a tasty mix of two classic desserts.
