Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups 350 g Pitted Cherries

  • 3 3 Eggs

  • 1/3 cup 66 g Sugar

  • 3/4 cup 100 g Flour

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon Vanilla

  • Butter to grease the pan

Directions

  • In a bowl mix eggs and sugar together, beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.cherry flan step 1- mix egg
  • Add the milk and vanilla to the egg mixture and gently stir. Slowly add the flour and mix well until the batter is smooth and slightly runny.cherry flan step 2 - mix flour
