Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 200 gm Boneless Chicken
  • 10-15 King Prawn
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 Each Red,Green,Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Medium size Onion
  • 3-4 Pods Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Onion
  • 2-3 Tablespoon Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Chicken Bouillon Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes

Instructions
 

  • First we will marinate the chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt n pepper and keep it aside.
  • Now we will make slurry mixture with sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, chicken broth powder, chilli flakes n curry powder mix all ingredients together n keep it aside.
  • In a wok will add oil. Once oil is hot add 2 egg, salt n pepper and cook it till scramble .
  • In the same wok add marinated chicken and cook till fully cook or browned.
  • Now in same wok will add prawns, salt n pepper and cook it till change the colour or 1-2 min.
  • In same wok add oil, chopped garlic, sliced onion, all colours of pepper cook it for just 1 min., now add cooked rice, slurry mixture, chicken, prawns, egg n green onion now mix everything together nicely n now its ready to eat.
