Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushroom
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 Pod Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Crispy Chilli Oil
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Cup Mazarella Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then keep them aside.
  • In a pan melt the butte then add the mushrooms and cook until slightly soft.
  • Now add the green onion, salt, chili flakes, soy sauce and crispy chili oil then mix well.
  • Now add the brown rice and combine everything well, Flatten the rice evenly, then pour the egg mixture on top.
  • Once the bottom is cooked, flip the omelette, Add cheese on one half and top with green chili.
  • Now fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese then let it cook for a few seconds until the cheese melts.
  • It’s ready to serve! If you want, drizzle a little more crispy chili oil on top for an extra kick.
