Mastering Chicken Mince Like a Pro

This dish gets its rich flavor from a few simple spices. The key is to cook the onions slowly until deep golden brown. Don’t rush—well-browned onions create a flavorful, richly colored gravy.
Expect warm, earthy flavors from cumin and coriander, balanced by the sweetness of green peas. The dish is savory yet light—and easy enough for any beginner to make.

A Global Appeal

Chicken Mince & Peas is simply my easy version of chicken keema—a popular dish in India and Pakistan. This recipe uses fewer spices but still has a warm, delicious flavor. One thing I learned in culinary school is that a few simple ingredients can make a great meal. Just layer everything in the pot, check it a few times, and voilà—your easy, lazy Chicken Mince & Peas is ready!
