Chicken Mince & Peas is an easy, comforting, and flavorful dish made with simple ingredients. Chicken mince cooks quickly and absorbs spices beautifully, while green peas add a mild sweetness and fresh taste. This classic combination is popular in many South Asian homes and makes a perfect meal for busy days.
Mastering Chicken Mince Like a Pro
This dish gets its rich flavor from a few simple spices. The key is to cook the onions slowly until deep golden brown. Don’t rush—well-browned onions create a flavorful, richly colored gravy.
Expect warm, earthy flavors from cumin and coriander, balanced by the sweetness of green peas. The dish is savory yet light—and easy enough for any beginner to make.
