Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tspn Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 tspn Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Chopped Chilli
  • 1/4 Cup Mozarella Cheese
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until they become light and frothy.
  • Heat a pan on medium low heat add garlic, chilli flakes and onion then sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the rice with salt and coriander leaves mix well then spread it evenly across the pan and let it set.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rice then sprinkle chopped chilli and cheese on top.
  • Cover the pan and cook until the bottom is set and the omelette is fully cooked.
  • Fold the omelette gently and it’s ready to eat.
