Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cooked Rice
- 2 Egg
- 1 tspn Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
- 1/2 tspn Chilli Flakes
- 1 Chopped Chilli
- 1/4 Cup Mozarella Cheese
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with salt and pepper until they become light and frothy.
- Heat a pan on medium low heat add garlic, chilli flakes and onion then sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the rice with salt and coriander leaves mix well then spread it evenly across the pan and let it set.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rice then sprinkle chopped chilli and cheese on top.
- Cover the pan and cook until the bottom is set and the omelette is fully cooked.
- Fold the omelette gently and it’s ready to eat.
