Mexican American Omelette : Spicy & Cheesy Breakfast

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Mushroom
- 2 Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Slice American Cheese
- 2 tbsp Spicy Salsa
- Salt and Pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper until frothy.
- In a pan sauté mushrooms and green chili with little salt for 2-3 mins. Keep it aside.
- In the same pan over medium low heat add oil, Once hot add the egg mixture.
- Once the egg is set at the bottom add both the cheese and mushrooms on one half of the egg.
- Add salsa on top of the mushrooms and cheese then fold the omelette.
